Yes, we ship throughout the UK!
We work with international warehouses to bring you high-quality products. Our products are shipped directly from locations in France, Asia, and America. This allows us to offer fast and reliable delivery while keeping costs fair for our customers.
We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and any of the methods listed on our product pages.
Once an order is placed, it enters our automated system for processing and shipping. Changes or cancellations cannot be made. If you are concerned about your order, you can use our return process after delivery. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Yes, all orders placed come with fast and free delivery
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
We aim for a 7-12 business day delivery (Monday to Friday)
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Occasionally, customs inspections may occur during shipping. While this is rare (under 1% of cases), there may be a minor customs fee for import duties. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control due to legislation changes that came into effect on July 1, 2021.
To initiate a return, please email us first to request a return form. Once the return form is provided, you can send the item back to our designated fulfillment center in Europe, Asia, or America. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with tags attached.
If you plan to return a product, please note that the return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Keep this in mind if you are purchasing multiple items you may not want to keep.
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We will send you a replacement of the same item, free of charge.
Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 weeks after the returned item arrives at our warehouse, as we need to verify its eligibility. Once approved and issued, the refund may take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account (this does not depend on us, but on the banks).
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the delay and keep you updated on the status of your order.
